——EVOLUTION
From Precision Fabrication to Global Surface Technology Leader
Our story began with specialized foundry machinery, laying a foundation of precision engineering. This expertise propelled us to establish our independent brand, Mesblate, dedicated to mastering Metal Surface Blasting Technology. Today, we design and manufacture advanced shot blasting equipment trusted by industries from Canada and Australia to Mexico and across Europe and Asia, transforming surface preparation challenges into reliable solutions.
JOURNEY
Our Origin & Evolution
Our story began in 1997 when Mr. Ma founded Qingdao Key Value Machinery—a modest 200m² workshop supplying standard shot blasting machines. We started with foundational models like the Q32, Q31, and Q36 series, building our expertise from the ground up.
As we grew, strategic investments in advanced capabilities—including fire cutting, punching, and CNC machining—empowered us to design and manufacture large-scale, customized solutions. We established our own sales network, and machines like the Q6930 Roller Conveyor Type, Preservation Lines, and Heavy-Duty Hanger Type have earned strong performance recognition from our users worldwide.
This journey from a local supplier to a trusted custom manufacturer forms the bedrock of our commitment to engineering reliable surface technology.

Our founder, Mr. Ma, accumulated over 20 years of technical leadership at a state-owned foundry machinery company, laying the professional groundwork for our future.
Qingdao Key Value Machinery was established as a 200m² workshop, initially supplying standard machines like the Q32, Q31, and Q36 series, marking our start in the industry.
We moved into a modern 3,600m² workshop, achieved ISO 9001 & CE certification, and invested in advanced design (3D Solidworks) and a complete QC system, enabling complex custom projects.
We launched the independent brand Mesblate and established a dedicated trade branch, successfully exporting our machines across Europe, North America, and Asia, solidifying our global presence.
ANSWERS
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you provide a machine customized for our specific parts and workshop?
Absolutely. Customization is our core strength. Our engineering team will analyze your parts (size, material, throughput) and space constraints to design a solution that fits your production line perfectly, from standard modifications to fully custom-built systems.
What quality standards do your machines comply with?
All our key equipment is manufactured in our ISO 9001 certified factory. We adhere to strict CE safety and quality directives for the European market and implement rigorous in-house QC protocols to ensure every machine meets our high performance and durability standards before shipment.
What kind of after-sales support do you offer?
We provide comprehensive support to ensure your success. This includes detailed installation manuals, remote commissioning guidance, on-site operator training (optional), and a readily available inventory of wear parts. Our technical support team is on standby to assist you throughout the machine’s lifecycle.
What is the typical process and lead time from inquiry to delivery?
The process is: 1) You share your requirements; 2) We provide a technical proposal and quote; 3) Engineering and manufacturing begin upon order confirmation. Lead times vary: standard models ship in 4-8 weeks, while custom solutions may require 10-16 weeks for optimal engineering and production. We will always provide a clear timeline for your project.
